Starbucks Roastery Reserve
Over the course of three years, I consulted with Menu Collective for Starbucks Roastery Reserve to develop cocktails and spiritfrees featuring TEAVANA tea and Reserve coffee for a series of openings across the major cities of Seattle, Milan, Tokyo, New York and Chicago. In addition to beverage creation, I styled beverages for all photoshoots. Furthermore, I developed and executed training programs with a team from Menu Collective to ensure the success of the Roastery bar teams.
